KIM DUNCAN

OWNER & LEAD DESIGNER

Kim has been passionately creating unique experiences and spaces throughout the United States for over 20 years. While she enjoys the beautiful quality of life that Flagstaff, Arizona has to offer, Kim loves to travel so there isn't a job that is too far away for her experience and expertise. 

With a degree in Interior Design and a wealth of experience, Kim brings the principles, essential elements, and the art of design to each of her events and projects. Each job Kim oversees is unique, special, and reflective of the personalities, desires, and wishes of the client.

HOLLY GOLIGHTLY

Project Manager & Lead Planner 

Holly is one of our amazing planners as well as the project manager for Kim Duncan Design. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle any situation is what keeps me free to do what I do best, create beautiful space. 

Holly is always smiling and is a glass-half-full kind of girl. She is also an amazing mother to 4 beautiful kids (whom she homeschools) and 2 fur babies. She is a joy to be around and makes any situation fun.

ALYSSA SCHMIEDER  

LEAD PLANNER 

For over 10 years now, Alyssa has been planning all kinds of events with enthusiasm and passion. Whether it be an elaborate affair or an intimate gathering, she pours her heart and soul into every last detail in order to see that delighted smile on her clients’ faces. 

She has planned diverse events from weddings and festivals to non-profit fundraising galas, NFL championship games and annual company destinations, town hall meetings and golf tournaments. 

Alyssa’s extensive experience has made her a highly sought after event planner in multiple Arizona cities. She will take on any challenge with gusto. Her satisfied clients not only rave about her fabulous events but also her animated and contagious personality. 

Outside of work, Alyssa cherishes spending time with her family. You might run into her eating Mexican food with her husband Joey or playing in the park with the cutest toddler around, her son Jo-Jo.
